Green Park Cycle Hire

Occupiers can enjoy the fresh air and take in the surroundings of Green Park on one of our bicycles. 

How to Register…

Green Park Bikes are available to all who work on Green Park. Register using your work email address by clicking here.

Once you’ve verified your email address, we approve your account and you will be good to go. Remember to check your spam/junk mail if you can’t find it in your inbox.

No work email address?  Don’t panic just email info@easit.org.uk.

Booking a bike…

Green Park Bikes are for use on GREEN PARK ONLY (not to be taken off site) and are available to hire 4 hours in advance for a maximum duration of 120 minutes and are available to book Monday – Friday between 7am – 7pm. You will require a smart phone to gain access to the bikes.

There are 5 Hubs situated at :- 

Hub A – Longwater Avenue

Hub B – 200/250 Longwater Avenue

Hub C – Brook Drive – Top of Willow Walk

Hub D – Longwater Avenue – Top of Willow Walk

Hub E – Lime Square

Once you have registered and your account has been approved Click here to book your bike.

Note: Your allocated bike is fitted with a digital lock. The bike number along with the digital unlock and lock button will be sent to you 15 minutes before your hire session begins. To unlock/lock the bike please stand next to your bike, login into your account and press the green ‘Unlock’ button, press the red ‘Lock’ button to lock the bike and to end your session.

Need to make a stop mid trip?

Just lock the bike by pressing the red ‘Lock’ button via your account.

When you return, press the green ‘Unlock’ button to release the lock via your account.

Once you’ve finished your ride

Return your bike to the pre-agreed docking hub. Lock the bike by pressing the red ‘Lock’ button via your account leaving it resting on its kick stand that’s attached to the bike. Please check the lock has engaged.

Lock not operating?

The locks are designed to go into sleep mode to save power, just give the bike a shake and the lock will spring back to life.

The bike I booked isn’t there or has a fault.

No problem, we will always endeavour to have another bike available for you to use, so you’ll never be stranded.

Simply login to your account and click on the ‘Faulty Bike’ button and provide us with details of the fault or the fact that the bike is missing.

If you had attempted to use the bike, make sure you re secure by pressing the red ‘Lock’ button via your account.

We will endeavour to issue you with an alternative bike and access code immediately providing a bike is available.

  3. Through the above to increase the numbers of employees cycling to/from Green Park
