Green Park is proud to announce Parents And Children Together (PACT) as our chosen charity of the year.
As a leading local employer and partner in the real estate sector, Green Park plays a key role in the local economy and community, driving our commitment to investing in the people and organisations that make Reading and the surrounding area truly thrive.
PACT is a Reading-based charity doing extraordinary work – finding loving, permanent homes for children waiting to be adopted. Through its flagship programmes – CATCH, Alana House and Bounce Back 4 Kids – it delivers trauma-informed support, empowers women facing multiple disadvantages, and helps children recover from the trauma of domestic abuse. Since 1911, the charity has been changing lives in some of the most meaningful ways imaginable and is now recognised as one of the UK’s leading charities in its field.
PACT was a clear choice for Green Park’s 2026 charity of the year, with a mission that resonates deeply with Green Park’s own commitment to community, inclusion, and long-term social investment.
Green Park is committed to supporting PACT strategically, commercially, and through awareness-raising initiatives – helping to amplify their reach, strengthen their impact, and ensure more people across our community know about the vital work they do. Key initiatives include:
🐣 Our Easter Appeal
🏃 The Reading 10k
☕ Charity SumUp initiatives at our Byte and Perk cafés
🎓 A Lunch & Learn to raise awareness across the Green Park community
We look forward to sharing updates on each of these initiatives throughout the year. To learn more about PACT’s incredible work, visit their website and watch this space for more ways to get involved.
