The Photographic Angle | Green Park Photography Exhibition

The Photographic Angle will be back at Green Park with yet another great collection of photography for occupiers and the general public to view. The Photography Angle (TPA) is a charity which holds free exhibitions across the country transforming otherwise empty spaces into temporary galleries.

TPA exhibition themes are open to all and they strive to offer photographers a variety of exciting new themes to take part in. Their curation process means the potential to get involved could not be easier. As entries come through, their curator carefully selects and catalogues the final images in preparation for print, at no expense to the photographers submitting them. TPA receives work from all over the world; India, America, Europe and China, and as a result, the exhibitions provide a stunning mix of culture, landscape and varied points of view. TPA runs bi-monthly photography competitions which are free to enter and open to all. Competitions open at the beginning of the month and close on the last day of the following month.

Ever since photography was first invented, buildings have been a popular source of inspiration. Throughout the 20th century, architectural photography became increasingly creative as photographers began to experiment with contrast, light, shadows, textures, reflections and perspective.

This exhibition features a powerful catalogue of striking images that depict all aspects of architecture and help us to recognise the beauty that can be found in the smallest of details.

PATTERNS is a touring exhibition created and supported by The Photography Angle.

The exhibition at Green Park starts at 100 Brook Drive, then extends to 200 and 250 Longwater Avenue, 250 South Oak Way and 400 South Oak Way.
