Solstice Sunset Swim
Spend the longest day of the year with Launchpad and help make waves of change!
Join LaunchPad on Saturday 21 June, the longest day of the year for a truly special experience – the solstice sunset swim. Our evening will be an opportunity to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself and others.
Enjoy a refreshing drink on arrival before taking part in a deeply relaxing guided meditation and soul-soothing sound bath. Then it’s time for the mindful sunset swim (or dip, if you prefer) and we are sure you’ll leave revitalised! There will also be a mobile sauna available to soothe your muscles afterwards.
Whether you take part in all our activities, or simply soak up the serene atmosphere you’ll be part of a powerful evening, celebrating mental wellbeing, community spirit, and brighter futures for those facing homelessness.
You can also buy a raffle ticket, our raffle will be packed with brilliant prizes and all proceeds go directly to Launchpad’s life-changing work.

- Location – Dinton Pastures Activity Centre (RG10 0TH)
- Cost – £22.50* to enjoy all activities (*group discounts are available if you book for three or more people – use the code GROUP when booking)
- If you’d rather not swim, why not come and watch and take part in the guided meditation and sound bath and soak up the atmosphere for just £10
- Minimum age – This event is suitable for anyone aged 14 or older. Please note that under 18s must be accompanied by an adult
- Refreshments – there will be light refreshments available
- Parking – you can park at the centre, but please note, there are parking charges between 6am & 10pm
If you want to swim – please bring your own tow float, these can be purchased at most large sport shops. If you do not have a tow float you won’t be able to swim
