Calling all fitness enthusiasts! Come and join our weekly fitness and well-being classes.
Taking place at Green Park’s sports court, these classes last for 45 minutes and are suitable for ALL fitness levels. Whilst the individuals taking part can enjoy all the benefits of weight loss, body toning, a feeling of well-being and growth in self-confidence, you’ll also see an increase in productivity levels and energy.
Each class is different, including exercises such as circuits, boxercise, stretch, tone and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with beginner and advanced exercise options to suit your ability.
