Wednesday Boot Camp
These weekly fitness and well-being boot camp sessions, lasting for one hour are suitable for all fitness levels at our Multi-Sports Court.
Whilst the individuals taking part enjoy all the benefits of weight loss, body toning, a feeling of well-being and growth in self confidence, you will also see an increase in productivity levels and energy.
These classes have a proven record of success for those who have joined and is a brilliant team building exercise with strong emphasis on communication and time management, helping to create a stronger, more cohesive team.
Each class is different, including exercises such as circuits, boxercise, stretch, tone and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
This event is FREE for Green Park occupiers to attend.
Don’t forget that travel within Green Park is free on the Greenwave buses and the Green Park bicycles located at 100 Longwater Avenue & 250 South Oak Way. (Please see the main building reception for further details)
