Prudential Property Investment Managers Ltd (PRUPIM) are the investment arm of the Prudential Assurance Company Ltd, the developer of GreenPark and one of the world’s strongest financial services groups. PRUPIM is responsible for managing GreenPark’s property assets and has direct control of the development.
Since identifying the potential of the land on which GreenPark now stands, Prudential has invested huge resources and expertise into ensuring the success of this landmark development.
That it continues to do so is proof of the company's long-term commitment to the project.
