The GreenPark story began back in 1997, with the aim of creating an ideal environment for business. Following a masterplan devised by Foster & Partners, the vision has rapidly taken shape. Already, GreenPark is home to leading companies such as VERITAS, Cisco and Logica, as well as many dynamic smaller enterprises. And the good news is that there’s plenty of space still available for further development.
Reassuringly, the force behind this ground-breaking venture, is one of Britain’s biggest and best trusted names: Prudential are not only the developers, but through their asset management team PRUPIM, also play an active hands-on role in managing every aspect of the GreenPark infrastructure.
